Russ was born and raised in a small town in northern Maine. He joined the Navy in 1978, received training as an Air Traffic Controller, and was stationed at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Md. Here he met and married his wife Linda in 1980; they have 2 boys and 4 grandchildren. Russ is a co-founder and ruling elder at Grace Community Church of Southern Maryland, and is the founder and president of the Lighthouse Kingdom Community. He is also a gifted songwriter & psalmist who uses his musical talents to write, record and share numerous songs and insights about the Kingdom of God. Also likes to cook.

Eliezer Sanchez, a longtime resident of Southern Maryland, works full‑time for NAWCAD in the T&E community and part‑time for UMGC as a math instructor. He has dedicated over 40 years to Christian ministry, including teaching Sunday School, leading youth, and supporting Bible studies at various ministries. Raised in Chicago by a single mother, he brings compassion to serving those in need. His interests include hiking, sports, and teaching.

Kenny (Left) is a God-fearing husband and father of six. He lives in Lexington Park with a heart for serving his community. "God has given us an amazing opportunity to be His hands and feet; let us honor Him by doing the work that He has set before us."

Bill (Right) owns a 4th generation family operated furniture restoration shop which he started nearly 40 years ago. He loves restoring & repairing cherished family heirlooms. A devoted father of 3 daughters & Poppy to 9 grandchildren, Bill is always looking for opportunities to serve others. He & his bride love to minister together hoping to bless others & love the way Jesus loves us. He is passionate about connecting with people, meeting needs, & serving & encouraging them. His greatest joy is investing in others & helping them see how valuable they are to God.

Heather was raised in Southern Maryland & graduated from Chopticon H.S. She received her Bachelors Degree from Auburn University in Alabama & after moving back home, she began a career at BAE Systems, where she currently serves as a Deputy Program Manager supporting the U.S. Navy. Heather has a love for people - particularly children - & taught kids church for 34 years while also serving in the nursery for nearly 30 years. She is completely in love with Jesus & considers it a great privilege to love & serve His people.

Pastor James Bell is a retired Navy chief. He is married to his cherished wife, Diane. He is the father of four and grandfather to five grandsons. He is the Senior Pastor of God’s House of Refuge Church. Pastor Bell also serves as a hospital and hospice chaplain, a mentor and a community leader. He is guided by the teachings of Matthew 25:40 and is dedicated to uplifting others both physically and spiritually through genuine love and kindness.
